The Stetson Whippet, known to be a favorite of Hollywood movie stars and Japanese celebrities, is a reproduction of the Stetson 150th Anniversary edition.

This particular one is the highly popular Caribou charcoal gray.

The Whippet from the 150th Anniversary comes in three grades: basic quality wool felt, royal quality 100% rabbit fur felt, and the highest-grade excellent quality 100% beaver felt. The price increases significantly with each grade; the basic is around 30,000 yen, the royal is in the 40,000 yen range, and the excellent is around 80,000 yen.

The royal quality 100% rabbit fur was upgraded a few years ago to royal deluxe quality, which includes a 10% mix of the highest-grade beaver.

The notation starting with T under the tag's barcode indicates whether it's fur felt or wool felt. If the letter after T is F, it's fur felt; if it's W, it's wool felt.

As you can see, this Whippet is an F, so it's fur felt, and moreover, it's the upgraded royal deluxe Whippet with beaver mix.

It's a blend with the highest-grade beaver, so please consider it.
