POLAR WOLF GTX winter boots are insulated with 3 different Gore-Tex membranes using an innovative material called THERMIUM™ in one of them.

POLAR WOLF GTX boot model uses silica aerogel, the lightest solid thermal insulator technology developed by NASA. Aerogel is one of the components of the ultra-thin (1.7 mm) Gore-Tex THERMIUM™ insulation. Before it found its way into our military thermally insulated boots, it was used in space as a protective barrier for space shuttles.

But these are not all the benefits of Gore-Tex THERMIUM™insulation! You can become convinced about its uniqueness in terrain with high humidity. Its insulation parameters even remain high after contact with water, which this material does not absorb.

THWAITO sole – safe movement is ensured by a specially designed shoe sole, which is made of a unique triple-density rubber compound and designed to remain flexible and non-slip even in extremely cold conditions. Due to a design that allows crampon attachments, this model works well when walking on the snowy and icy areas.

GORE-TEX Duracom MS sportive + GORE-TEX Duracom CC sportive + Thermium - The combination of these three membrane types creates the perfect combination of protection of your feet in the most extreme freezing conditions.

Hydrophobic nubuck leather - we want our tactical boots to be extremely comfortable. That's why we chose soft, durable and comfortable nubuck. It is a material that boasts remarkable resistance to damage and high vapour permeability.
