Product description

Crampons are also designed for shoes with higher or narrow heels.

They need to be removed from shoes when changing from outdoor to indoor, there is a risk of mechanical damage to the inner surface (lino, etc.).
They have four hardened spikes on the toe, no spikes on the heel. 
Frostproof to -35°C
Load capacity to 120 kg.
Use: alpine hiking, icy walkways/roads, forest walks, running.
Suitable for: slippery ice, loose snow, mud, sand, wet grass.
They are not designed for climbers and rocky terrain.
After each use, the crampons must be washed with water and wiped dry. Once a month, treat the rubber with 100% silicone oil. They'll last longer.
Put on the crampons by placing the spikes on the ground and pressing them down. Then pull the front part (with 4 spikes) thoroughly over the toe of the shoe and the back part over the heel of the shoe. The material is very flexible, no breakage will occur.
